I don think so. Many are just DLs, with no inkling to babyish things, I guess.

I like to wear little girls outfit. Dunno why but it feels more babyish than boys outfits for me. So tights, dress and diaper is my favourite choose when I’m playing.

Its funny that I have not said anything about going as a girl. Little boys can wear tights and bonnets too. But, yes, I also find the role of a little girl more appealing, more babyish and cute 🙂
